1. About My Story Panels

My Story Panels creates personalised illustrated storybooks made to order. Each book is customised using the information, preferences, names, photos, and details provided by the customer.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in a way that may damage or disrupt it
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorised information
• Upload content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to access private areas of the website without permission
• Use our content, designs, or products for unauthorised commercial purposes

3. Personalised Orders

All My Story Panels books are personalised and made specifically for each customer. The final product is created based on the information, photos, names, and preferences you submit during the order process.

You are responsible for making sure all submitted information is accurate, including names, spelling, photos, delivery address, and story details.

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Photos and Submitted Content

By uploading or sending photos, names, text, or other content to My Story Panels, you confirm that you have the legal right and permission to use and submit that content.

If you submit photos or personal details of a child, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorised person allowed to provide this information.

You grant My Story Panels permission to use the submitted content only for the purpose of creating, producing, reviewing, and delivering your personalised order.

5. Order Review, Preview, and Revisions

Depending on the order process, customers may receive a preview or review stage before printing or final production.

Each order includes up to 2 revisions. Revisions may include reasonable text corrections, small visual adjustments, name corrections, or layout improvements.

Revisions do not include creating a completely new story, changing the full concept after approval, replacing the main character after production has started, or restarting the book from zero.

Once you approve the final preview, the order may be sent to printing or final production. After approval, changes may not be possible.

6. Production Time

Production times may vary depending on the order details, revision requests, approval speed, printing schedule, and workload.

Any production time shown on our website is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices are displayed on our website or communicated through our official channels. We reserve the right to update prices, offers, and product details at any time without prior notice.

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed, unless another payment arrangement is agreed in writing.

Additional charges may apply for shipping, rush orders, special customisations, or international delivery.

8. Shipping and Delivery

My Story Panels ships orders from Beirut to local and international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, courier service, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges required by their country.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our products are personalised and made to order, cancellations and refunds are limited.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, illustrations, designs, text, product concepts, layouts, and creative materials created by My Story Panels are owned by or licensed to My Story Panels.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, modify, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Customers may use their purchased book for personal use, gifting, and family enjoyment.

11. Product Appearance

We do our best to display our products accurately. However, colours, printed results, image quality, and final appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing materials, production methods, and submitted photo quality.

Personalised illustrations are artistic interpretations and may not be exact photographic representations.

12. Limitation of Liability

My Story Panels is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, services, delays, shipping issues, or customer-provided information.

Our maximum responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

13. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we believe the submitted content is inappropriate, offensive, illegal, harmful, violates another person’s rights, or cannot be produced according to our standards.
