Customisation
Can I have more than one character in the book?
Absolutely. The main character is included, and each additional character (partner, child, friend, pet) is a small flat add-on so the AI keeps their face consistent across every page.
Delivery
How long until my book is ready?
Digital PDFs are usually delivered within 24 hours. Printed books ship in 5–10 working days for the GCC region, 10–14 days worldwide.
Do you ship outside the Middle East?
Yes — worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country.
Process
Can I see the book before paying?
Yes — every order includes a free preview round. You see how your character looks and approve a sample spread before any payment is final.
How accurate is the face match?
We use multi-photo face anchoring plus our own consistency check. The more clear photos you share, the closer the match. Most customers find the resemblance "uncanny."
Refunds
What if I do not love the book?
You preview the work before printing. If the digital preview misses what you wanted, we revise. Once a printed book is in production we cannot refund, so we make sure you love the preview first.
