All products and services provided by MyStoryPanels.com are custom-made, personalized digital creations generated specifically based on the photos and information submitted by the customer.

Because of the custom and digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges

Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled.

2. Why Refunds Are Not Offered

Each story, illustration, or panel set is:

• Created uniquely for each customer
• Generated using custom AI and creative processing
• Not reusable or resellable to another customer

For this reason, refunds are not possible once work has started.

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors Only)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

• The final delivery is technically corrupted or unreadable
• The delivered files cannot be accessed due to a system error on our side

In such cases, our priority will be to:

• Re-deliver the files correctly
• Or fix the issue at no additional cost

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Style & Creative Expectations

By purchasing from MyStoryPanels.com, you acknowledge that:

• Artistic styles (comic, cartoon, cinematic) are interpretive
• Final results may vary slightly from previews or examples
• Minor differences in artistic output do not qualify for refunds

We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or subjective taste.

Customers are responsible for:

• Uploading clear and appropriate photos
• Providing accurate information during checkout
• Reviewing example styles before ordering

Poor-quality input may affect results and does not qualify for a refund.
